The short version
- Websites come in three packages (Jumpstart, Plus, Pro), each with a 24-month commitment and monthly website care.
- Logo and branding are optional, paid in your initial payment, and yours outright upon delivery.
- Printed materials are optional and quoted separately for each order.
- Our timelines are estimates, not guaranteed deadlines.
- You can cancel in writing, and the details are below.
1. About these terms
OPM Marketing [confirm legal business name, entity type and address] provides websites, optional logo and branding services, and optional printed materials for small businesses. Contact: leslieharias@gmail.com. Your signed service agreement governs each project and takes priority over this page.
2. What we offer
- Website packages (Jumpstart, Plus, Pro): website setup, a 24-month commitment, and monthly website care. Each package has its own number of pages, features and monthly content-edit time. Every website includes 2 consolidated revision rounds before launch, separate from any logo revisions.
- Optional logo and branding (Logo Ai, Logo Essentials, Brand Foundation, Complete Identity): a separate one-time purchase. Logo and brand guidelines are not part of the website packages.
- Logo refresh, cleanup or recreation of existing artwork: not one of the branding options. It's quoted by the hour ($50 for the first hour, $25 for each additional hour) and discussed in discovery, before work begins. A job under one hour is charged the full $50 first hour.
- Optional printed materials (business cards, shirts, hats, reorders): quoted separately. They are not part of any website or branding package.
- Not included: advertising, social media management or full marketing services.
3. Payments
Before work begins, you pay the website setup payment and any logo or branding fee you choose. Your first month of website service is free. The remaining monthly payments are billed automatically through your authorized payment method [payment provider]. Totals exclude printed materials and applicable taxes [confirm tax handling]. Your agreement will show the website project price, the monthly project installment, the monthly website care charge and any branding fee separately.
If a payment fails, we notify you and you have seven days to fix it. We don't charge a separate late fee at first. If a payment stays overdue, we may pause new work and content updates, and we may suspend hosting after 30 days overdue with at least seven days' written notice. Suspension doesn't transfer ownership or cancel the outstanding project balance, and we don't delete your website immediately after a missed payment.
4. Timelines and your responsibilities
Our timelines are estimates, not guaranteed deadlines. They start once we receive your initial payment, questionnaire and required materials, and they can change with client feedback, missing materials, additional requests and third-party services. You provide business information, photos and draft text; light editing is included. Ecommerce, full copywriting, translation, custom applications, photography and paid software subscriptions are quoted separately.
5. Revisions
A feedback round is one consolidated list of requested changes. Revisions refine the selected concept or agreed direction. Additional concepts, or a new direction after approval, are quoted separately.
6. Website care and support
Monthly care covers hosting and SSL, scheduled backups and applicable software updates, technical support, one standard domain registration or renewal (capped at $25 a year), and a monthly allowance for small content edits: up to 15 minutes (Jumpstart), 30 minutes (Plus) or 45 minutes (Pro). Unused time doesn't roll over. New pages, layout changes, new features, integrations, copywriting, logo changes, print design and troubleshooting unrelated third-party systems are quoted separately, and we explain any extra cost before proceeding.
Support is by email or a support form, with scheduled calls when helpful. Business hours are Monday to Friday, 9 a.m. to 5 p.m. Atlantic Standard Time, excluding holidays. We aim to respond within 2 business days; a response acknowledges your request and gives the next step, and doesn't guarantee completion in that time. Small edits are generally scheduled within 3 to 5 business days after we have complete instructions and materials. Reported outages get priority during business hours. We don't offer 24/7 or ongoing phone support.
7. Ownership
Your domain is registered in your name from the start, and we manage it for you while we provide website services. You own your approved final logo (and brand guidelines, where your option includes them) outright upon delivery, since your branding fee is paid in your initial payment, and your approved custom website once your website project balance is paid in full. Ownership covers final approved work, not unused concepts or working files unless specifically included. Third-party fonts, stock assets, software and platform components stay under their own licenses, and some subscriptions may need to be purchased separately if you move your website.
8. Logo Ai
Logo Ai is AI-assisted. It includes six initial AI-assisted logo options, two revision rounds on the selected option, and one final approved logo as a transparent PNG. It includes no brand guidelines. Vector conversion, alternate layouts and print-ready artwork are quoted separately. Logo Ai is different from our custom design options. We don't promise exclusivity or trademark eligibility. [Add applicable restrictions once the AI tools and their terms are confirmed.]
9. Cancellation
You can ask to cancel in writing. During the first 24 months, to end your agreement and take your completed deliverables, you pay the remaining website project balance: the agreed website project price minus payments already credited to it. That balance doesn't include future hosting, maintenance or support charges, and a branding fee you've already paid isn't counted again. If you cancel without paying that balance, your website service ends and you don't keep the website; any branding you've paid for stays yours, and your domain stays in your name. [Confirm in the agreement that canceling this way ends all future payments.] After 24 months, website care is month to month and can be canceled with 30 days' written notice. Once the balance is paid, we provide your completed deliverables and a standard website handoff. Rebuilding on another platform or extensive migration work is quoted separately. Hosting ends on the cancellation date, so arrange replacement hosting before then. Canceling care doesn't cancel or transfer your domain; we coordinate access so you can manage its renewal.
10. Refunds
Before work begins, payments are refundable minus any disclosed, approved third-party costs that can't be recovered. Once work begins, a refund is based on the work completed and approved expenses incurred. Completed work and website care already provided aren't refundable. Any unearned amount is returned, subject to applicable requirements.
11. Print orders
Business cards, shirts, hats and reorders are optional and quoted separately. We coordinate with independent printing and embroidery providers: we handle artwork preparation, quotes, proofs and order coordination, and the selected supplier makes the products. Quotes show design preparation, production, coordination, shipping and applicable taxes, and stay valid for 14 calendar days. Full payment is collected by invoice before an order goes to production. You approve a written proof of artwork, spelling, contact information, quantities, sizes, colors and delivery details. Changes after approval may need a revised quote, extra payment and a new delivery timeline, and once production begins, changes or cancellation may no longer be possible. Custom products can't be returned because you changed your mind or approved incorrect information. If an order differs from the approved specifications or has a production defect, we help coordinate a resolution with the supplier. Print production has its own supplier-confirmed timeline.
12. Using this website

Give accurate information when you contact us, and don't use the site in ways that could harm it or other people. Our sample projects are fictional concepts that show what's possible. This site may link to other websites, which we don't control.
